We support every 3DS family system on any firmware. All can be modded using boot9strap + Luma3DS custom firmware, allowing complete homebrew and game backup support.

• Boot9strap + Luma3DS CFW – The industry-standard custom firmware for 3DS family systems

• GodMode9 – Full system/file management and NAND backup

• FBI Installer – Install CIA files (games, homebrew, DLC) directly to your system

• Homebrew Launcher – Access to a wide range of homebrew apps

• Checkpoint Save Manager – Backup and restore saves, enable cheats

• Anemone Theme Manager – Custom themes for your Home Menu

• TWiLight Menu++ – A full-featured DS/DSi game loader and launcher. Run Nintendo DS and DSi titles from your SD card, emulate older systems, and customize themes without needing a separate flashcart.

• Optional Games & Emulation Setup (Extra $50) – We do our very best to add as many classic games, VC titles, and emulators as your SD card will allow, leaving some free space for future installs.

NAND Backup Policy:

• Free Software-Level Backup – During normal modding, we perform a full NAND backup via GodMode9. This is included at no extra cost and we provide a secure Google Drive link so you can download and store it. Having this dump means you already have the file needed for future repairs or recovery without opening the console again.

• Hardware-Level Backup ($200+) – For bricked units, non-booting systems, or cases where a software dump isn’t possible, we offer a full hardware-level NAND backup. This involves disassembly, direct chip access, and specialized equipment. Only performed when necessary or upon request.

You will receive full directions on how to use everything properly.

Cleaning & Premium Services

Free External Cleaning – Every 3DS we work on receives a complimentary outside cleaning for a polished look.

Premium Deep Cleaning ($50) – Complete inside-and-out cleaning:

• Full disassembly

• Dust removal from every part

• Card slot and headphone jack cleaned

• All components inspected for wear/damage

• System reassembled and tested

Turnaround Times

• Same-Day Service – $75

• 1–2 Day Service – $50

• Standard Turnaround – Included at no extra cost

We inspect every system upon arrival. If we find additional issues, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss repair options or proceed with your requested service.

Disclaimer: While we strive to meet all advertised turnaround times, there may be situations where we are backed up or short-staffed. If you purchase the same-day or 1–2 day service, we will do our absolute best to complete your order within the selected timeframe, but delays may occur during high-volume periods. Additionally, if you request specific games or emulation packages that we do not already have prepared, or a hardware-level NAND backup, it may take additional time to complete your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Policy

• Customer Pays Shipping to Us – Unless your total service is over $120, then shipping both ways is free.

• We Pay Return Shipping – Always included, regardless of service level.

• Free Shipping Both Ways Over $120 – If your service total exceeds $120, we’ll cover the cost to send the system to us and back to you.

• Charger / power adapter / stylus

• Any existing SD card currently in the system (so we can transfer your data)

• A note with your name, return address, and email (for instructions and your Google Drive link)
