Supported Models & Modding Types

PS3 Fat Models (CECHAxx–CECHGxx)
Most “Fat” models support Custom Firmware (CFW) installation, allowing full homebrew, backups, and advanced features.
Compatible with CFW: CECHA00–CECHGxx
Services Offered: CFW install, Multiman, PKGi, WebmanGames, RetroArch, and more.

PS3 Slim Models (CECH-20xx–CECH-25xx)
Many early Slim models can also run CFW depending on the minimum firmware version. If your system isn’t CFW-compatible, we can still install HEN (Homebrew ENabler) which provides most of the same benefits.
Compatible with CFW: Certain CECH-20xx/21xx/25xx models
Otherwise: HEN install with Multiman, PKGi, WebmanGames.

PS3 Super Slim Models (CECH-40xx and later)
Super Slim models cannot run CFW but can run HEN. You still gain access to homebrew apps, backup loaders, and other enhancements via HEN.

Included Software & Features

Every modded system comes pre-installed with:

• Multiman – Backup manager for games

• PKGi – Easy homebrew & game downloads

• WebmanGames – Web-based game loader

• Homebrew Apps – RetroArch, emulators, utilities

• Optional Games & Emulation Setup (Extra $50) – We do our very best to add as many PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, and retro games as possible that can fit on your internal drive. We also keep a few hundred gigabytes of free space reserved so you can add more games or files later on.

NAND/NOR Backup Policy:

• Free Software-Level Backup – During normal CFW installs on supported models, we run a software exploit to dump your NAND/NOR before flashing. This backup is included at no extra cost and acts as your “original” flash. We store it securely and provide you a Google Drive link so you can download it for safekeeping. Having this dump means you already have the file needed for future repairs or recovery without opening the console again.

• Hardware-Level Backup (Optional $200+) – If your PS3 cannot boot, is on unsupported firmware, or has no previous dump, we can perform a full hardware-level NAND/NOR backup. This involves complete disassembly, soldering to the flash chip, and using specialized equipment. This service is only performed when necessary or upon request.

You will receive full directions on how to use everything properly.

Cleaning & Premium Services

Free External Cleaning – Every PS3 we work on receives a complimentary outside cleaning for a polished look.

Premium Deep Cleaning ($50) – Complete inside-and-out cleaning:

• Full disassembly

• Dust removal from every part

• Disk drive cleaned

• Thermal paste replaced with high-quality compound

• All components inspected for wear/damage

• System reassembled and tested

Turnaround Times

• Same-Day Service – $75

• 1–2 Day Service – $50

• Standard Turnaround – Included at no extra cost

We inspect every system upon arrival. If we find additional issues, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss repair options or proceed with your requested service.

Disclaimer: While we strive to meet all advertised turnaround times, there may be situations where we are backed up or short-staffed. If you purchase the same-day or 1–2 day service, we will do our absolute best to complete your order within the selected timeframe, but delays may occur during high-volume periods. Additionally, if you request specific games or emulation packages that we do not already have prepared, or a hardware-level NAND/NOR backup, it may take additional time to complete your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Policy

• Customer Pays Shipping to Us – Unless your total service is over $120, then shipping both ways is free.

• We Pay Return Shipping – Always included, regardless of service level.

• Free Shipping Both Ways Over $120 – If your service total exceeds $120, we’ll cover the cost to send the system to us and back to you.
