What “Complete” Means
Every listed price is a starting buyback price for a complete device. The device may still be broken or have a normal repairable issue, but it should contain its normal major components.
Original retail packaging is not required unless specifically stated. Missing major parts, severe damage, multiple faults, liquid damage, corrosion or failed repair work can reduce the offer substantially.

Infestation must be disclosed before shipping or drop-off. Devices with roaches, insects, eggs, droppings, nests or similar contamination may be accepted at our discretion.
Severely contaminated or unsafe electronics may be refused.
