What We Accept +

We may accept broken consoles, handhelds, phones, MacBooks, Windows laptops and desktop PCs. Common faults include no power, cracked screens, broken ports, bad batteries, overheating, liquid damage, corrosion, motherboard failure, failed repairs, missing parts and unknown faults.

How Pricing Works +

Displayed values are starting estimates for complete devices. Missing parts, severe damage, multiple faults, repair costs, parts availability and resale demand can change the final value. Incomplete-device estimates are approximate and may be substantially lower.

Shipping & Inspection +

Your device must be physically received and inspected before a final quote is issued. We verify the model and specs, inspect condition and missing parts, and test what we can. You may accept or decline the final quote.

Important Trade-In Rules +
  • Seller must legally own or be authorized to sell the device.
  • We do not knowingly accept lost or stolen property.
  • Cash is available for qualifying devices; store credit may be offered when cash is not viable.
  • Account/activation locked and bug-infested devices are store credit only.
  • Unsafe or severely contaminated electronics may be refused.
  • Rare, limited, imported and unusual hardware may require an individual quote.
  • If you decline the final quote, return shipping follows the applicable return-shipping terms.
